Ledger.com/start is the official page to set up your Ledger® hardware wallet and download the Ledger Live app. This guide walks you through each step of the installation and setup process so that you can safely manage your cryptocurrencies with confidence.

The Ledger ecosystem combines a secure hardware wallet (such as the Ledger Nano X, Ledger Nano S Plus, or Ledger Stax) with the intuitive Ledger Live software. Together, they allow users to buy, sell, exchange, and stake crypto while maintaining complete control of private keys.

Step 1: Visit Ledger.com/start

Step 2: Download Ledger Live

After confirming you are on the correct website, click “Download Ledger Live.” The app is available for:

Ledger Live is the control center for your crypto portfolio, allowing you to manage, buy, sell, and stake digital assets directly with your Ledger device.

Step 3: Unbox and Connect Your Ledger Device

Once you’ve downloaded Ledger Live, unbox your new Ledger hardware wallet. Inside the box, you’ll find the device, a USB cable, and a set of recovery sheets.
